Application for A Sanctioned Sesquicentennial Activity:

Any organization or group can apply to have a sesquicentennial activity officially sanctioned by the Sesquicentennial Committee.  All sanctioned activities must meet the following criteria:

    1. All activities must occur within the city of Port Huron.
    2. All activities must occur between TBA and TBA

This application is receivable by email, fax, or mail.

To mail or fax application:
